Personal Connection to Day of the Tentacle

My journey with Day of the Tentacle (DOTT) began in childhood when I played it on my 486 computer. I first encountered the game through a German magazine I bought at the supermarket, and it has held a special place in my heart ever since. Over the years, I've followed the original artists and their endeavors, drawing inspiration from their work.

Taking on the role of composer for Night of the Meteor, I am deeply motivated by my love for DOTT. Despite never having composed music before, I feel a strong connection to the musical styles of both Maniac Mansion and Day of the Tentacle. My aim is to blend these influences to create a score that honors the legacy of these classics while bringing something fresh and unique to our game.

This project is daunting but exciting, and I am confident that with time and effort, I will create a score that resonates with fans and stands alongside the music of its predecessors.
